Return and Exchange Policy
Return* The product can be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
* The product wrapped cannot be returned if it has been opened, washed, scented, or worn.
* The product cannot be returned in case of misuse.
* The product cannot be returned after three days from purchase or receipt if it was through electronic purchase, and this does not apply to products exempted in the second clause.
* The customer bears the shipping costs for both ways in case of return.
Exchange* The product can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.
* The product cannot be exchanged in case of misuse.
* Wrapped products can be exchanged if the size or type is not suitable for the customer.
* The product cannot be exchanged after it has been scented, washed, or worn.
* You can exchange within 5 days of purchase or receipt if it was through electronic purchase.
• The customer bears the shipping costs for both ways in case of exchange.
